- Description
- We are seeking a Project Surveyor for a Hydrographic Survey company in the UK. We need a freelancer who is available at short notice to start next week.
Basic Outlines and Responsibilies are below.
Act as a technical lead on projects with responsibility for understanding project requiremets, deliverabes and contract documentation.
- Liaising with clients in a technical capacity.
- Attending mobilisations, kick-off meetings and crew changes where appropriate.
- Manage and lead other personnel working on the project.
- Understanding resource and staffing requirements.
- Undertaking overall data QC and ensuring that survey specifications are met.
- Ensuring clear handovers are made including lessons learned.
- Ensuring that variation orders or contract changes are captured and reported
- Report writing and QC of mobilisation and operational reports.
