A degree in Environmental Geology initially led to a career in the Contaminated Land industry working on and managing the remediation of brownfield sites around the UK. In 2010 he joined one of the leading Hydrographic Recruitment Agencies as the Senior Team member. Following the sale of that business in 2012, he set up GER as an alternative to the numerous large impersonal agencies. GER has gone on to become a respected leading alternative supplier in the contract Hydrographic & Geophysical Survey sectors and expands its client base annually.

Daniel also continues to assist a select number of clients with their permanent recruitment in the Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical industries.
