Following his degree at the University of Plymouth in 2005 Rob began a career in Land Surveying. Starting off as an assistant and working up to the position of Land Surveyor managing his own projects throughout Britain and for a small time in New Zealand. Following redundancy due to the financial recession he worked for a year as a nearshore commercial diver. In 2011 he joined one of the leading Hydrographic Recruitment Agencies alongside Daniel in the role of Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant. Following the sale of the business in early 2013 Rob had the opportunity to join the newly formed GER as a Company Director.

Since its inception GER has steadily grown in reputation and strength. As a smaller agency it provides contractors and clients with a personal and friendly service. GER doesn’t have onerous overheads or demanding shareholders, so it can operate far more efficiently and offer better value to clients and contractors.
