- Description
- Our client is a leading independent consultancy, predominantly providing a Project Management Service in land, waste and water. They offer specialist advice and project management services across a number of key sectors, including banking, commercial and industrial property developers. Their technical advice helps their clients manage liability, realise true asset values and minimise costs.
Due to an increasing work load, they have the opportunity for an additional Environmental Advisor to join their team in South Wales.
The position would predominantly be office based, assisting in materials management services (such as compiling Materials Management Plans in accordance with the CL:AIRE Definition of Waste Development Industry Code of Practice). The vacancy is ideally suited to someone with a couple years of industry experience with knowledge of the underlying principles of contaminated land assessments and ideally experience in compiling MMPs, desk-studies and site walkovers.
Candidates will ideally be:
- Degree qualified (Geology, Environmental Science, or similar relevant discipline).
- Ideally 1-2 years’ post graduate industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Some experience in report writing.
- Some commercial awareness.
Remuneration:
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
You must have a full UK valid driving licence.
