Our client is a Geotechnical and Environmental Consultancy providing a specialist service to landowners, developers and the construction industry. They offer expertise in; site investigations, desk studies, geotechnical engineering, assessment and investigation of chemical and gaseous contaminated sites, together with remediation.

Due to continued growth they now have an opportunity for an additional Geo-environmental / Geotechnical Consultant to join one of their offices.
 

Candidates will ideally be:
 

• Degree qualified (with a geology or geo-environmental bias);
• Have a minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience working for a contaminated land consultancy / remediation contractor.

• The successful candidate will need to demonstrate good experience of design, planning and delivery of contaminated land desk studies, site investigations and ideally risk assessment (qualitative and quantitative). Any experience of remediation projects or geotechnical knowledge would also be advantageous.

The role will require the individual to take part in projects from start to finish, ranging from site works through to writing interpretive reports.
