The role:
- Engage with Contractors, proactively qualifying their skills against client requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database to assist BD activity, compliant with internal and external processes.
- Prepare and propose Contractor profiles for vacant roles using our CRM, LinkedIn and our developed industry network.
- Liaise with the other team members and Directors to enable us to continually improve our service.
- Responsible for managing a number of your own clients and their requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry news, advances in technologies, government regulations and policy.
- Establish and continually grow your network using multiple channels, including: social media platforms; LinkedIn; our CRM system and industry events.
- Represent GER by attendance at industry conferences and exhibitions.
- Business Development for new clients.
About you:
- You should have a genuine interest in the sector and ambition to develop your career as an expert in your field.
- At least two years recruitment experience, ideally in Survey, Environmental (PAM, MMO) or ROV. However, we will consider applicants with relevant recruitment experience in other sectors of the upstream & downstream Oil & Gas and offshore renewables industry.
- An honest and positive approach to work, with a passion to develop and build strong relationships and networks.
- Strong communication skills at all levels and able to understand and discuss technical aspects of roles with colleagues and candidates.
- Fluency in English; additional language advantageous.
- Confidence to ask questions, share knowledge and build relationships internally and externally.

Basic Salary Range: £22,000 - £30,000 per year.
Position: Full Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday.
